What is noticeable when looking at the two finished objects is that the structure of the support is fundamentally different. The organic supports from PrusaSlicer look really organic, as they branch out into round shapes. The tree supports from Cura branch in entirely different ways and have more of an angular shape.Cura has tree supports. I know that you can use MeshMixer to create the supports and then import that into PrusaSlicer, but it's a PITA, a minor one I will grant, but still extra work. Having said that, paint on supports in PrusaSlicer is a really nice feature that hopefully will be incorporated into Cura.
